What to expect
Airport arrival pickup waiting time is 90mins upon flight landed.
Hotel/residential pickup waiting time is 20mins.
Customer to ensure contact number given on booking voucher is reachable.In any case if the waiting time is up. And customer is uncontactable,driver will leave airport or hotel/residential and no refund will be given to customer.
Cancellation or change of hotel/timing has to notify 24 hours in advance.
