Midnight surcharge(11pm-7am) - Additional $10 to be paid directly to driver
Additional stop - $10 per point to be paid directly to driver
Babyseat - $20 per baby child to be paid directly to driver
Additional $20 per way during Chinese New Year season(3 days before and 4 days after Chinese New Year first day) to be paid directly to driver
Cancellation or any amendment to notify 24 hours before pickup date,otherwise,no refund will be given to customer.
Accommodation : 5 pax + 4 medium size luggages or 6 pax without luggage.
What to expect
Customer to ensure contact number given on booking voucher is reachable.Waiting time is 15 minutes from time of request.In any case if waiting time is up and customer is uncontactable,driver will leave the pickup point and no refund will be given to customer.
If customer require driver to wait for them after 15 minutes waiting is up,it'll be chargeable at $10 every 15 minutes waiting to be paid directly to driver.
